When installing door casings, the door jamb and wall finish may not be exactly flush. What is done with factory manufactured casings that allows the casing to tight on both the jamb and wall finish?
- They can not be used
- The door jamb needs to be reinstalled
- Casings are backed out, notched on the backside
- Additional nails and screws are used in the casing to make it flush
