Grade 9 Tennis

You hit a ball down the sideline that you see clearly out on your opponents side. Your opponent is running to get the ball and can't tell whether the ball was in or out and plays the ball. What shouold happen?
  1. You continue to play the point since your opponent didn't say anything
  2. You move to the net to put away the ball since your opponent made a weak return because they could barely get to the ball
